My order arrived damaged how do I go about filing a claim to get a replacement?
Please watch the video we have created on how to file a customer service claim for damaged parcel deliveries through our claim system. This excludes deliveries by freight trucks such as UPS Freight, Con Way Freight, Pilot Freight and others.
Once we have your completed claim form and images we will assign the case over for review and resolution with either the product manufacturer or the distributor that shipped the order. We will update your claim within the next business day on most cases unless there are extenuating circumstances. If you have any difficulty creating your claim please contact our sales staff and they will assist you in getting logged in and filling out the case details that are required.
